Remembrance ceremony
The Village assembled to remember the fallen and those who serve.
Annabel read Poet Laureate Simon Armitage's new poem marking the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. You can read his poem Floral Tribute here
Kev Ball then laid the wreath at the Church Cross after we heard the Last Post.
A two minute silence was held, after which some light refreshments were shared in the Church.
More than 20 from Broadwell and surrounding villages attended the ceremony.
