King Charles III Concert -
30th April 2023
We were treated to a musical portrait of King Charles III's
well-known passionate interests, including the environment and traditional farming, ballet and Beethoven. Our King is a fanatical hill-walker and played the cello in Trinity College Cambridge
orchestra. The selected pieces were chosen to reflect these aspects of our King. Performed by professional musicians and supported by song and spoken word, the evening was enjoyed by all. We
concluded with a rousing performance of God Save Our Gracious King - of course!
